Returns & Refunds

We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make a return policy that is helpful for you. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the products you bought, simply call our customer care with the tracking code and we will gladly send a refund mail to your registered email address with barcode. You just need to print the barcode and go to the nearest branch of Poste Italiane (in Italy) and local Post Office (in EU, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, USA) with the properly packed product and send it back to us for free. But also, we reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage, or upon grounds of hygiene. If a return is refused for either of these reasons, the item will be returned to you from our warehouse and the refund will not be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items tried on to see whether they fit are not considered worn.

Please remember, your decision of Return & Refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges – only refunds. 

For your kind attention, any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:

- Wrong product, size or color

- Damaged product

- Product lost in shipment

- Products with major quality defects


It can take up to 14 days for your return & refund to be fully processed. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. 

Please note carefully, any customized product particularly like Women Salwar Kameez and Blouse, which has been measured and customized design provided by you, should not meet the return policy we have declared above. In this special case, shipping charge and 25% of the product price will be deducted when you receive the refund.
