General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) for purchases made online at www.pundro.com
Pundro.com invites users to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (" GCS ") governing the purchase of products and the management of orders made on the site.
1. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of the products

- Every order placed on www.pundro.com implies the conclusion of a contract of sale under Italian State Law.

- By clicking on the "Buy now" button, the customer places a binding order relative to the objects contained in the virtual cart. Once the order has been submitted, Pundro will send the customer an order confirmation email within 1 hour. The contract of sale is concluded between Pundro and the customer, when receives the order confirmation. If the customer does not receive any order confirmation within the term indicated in this art. 1.2., the relative order must be understood as rejected by Pundro and, therefore, without effects. Orders in relation to which the customer has opted for advance payment will be sent as soon as Pundro receives the total payment of the purchase price and any shipping costs.

- The buyer gives his prior consent to the transfer to third parties, in particular to Pundro’s Payment Gateway, of the credits for the payment of the purchase price.

- Where products subject to the order are not available for reasons beyond Pundro's conduct, the latter must promptly notify the customer. In this case, there will be no obligation for Pundro to deliver the ordered goods, except in the case where Pundro has assumed the supply risk in relation to the products forming the order in question. In any case, if the products ordered are not available, Pundro will, without any delay, refund any amounts already paid in favor of the customer.

- Pundro does not assume the responsibility of having to search for and find unavailable products from other sources. This provision also applies to orders relating to fungible goods (for which only the type and characteristics of the products are described). Pundro is only obliged to deliver what is available in the warehouse and what has been ordered to its suppliers. The Pundro warehouse also includes the warehouses of the respective Pundro Partners from which the products ordered by the customer come. Pundro delivers only in the European Union territories, United Kingdom, Australia and United States of America. If the delivery time is expressed in working days, they are understood as being all those included between Monday and Friday inclusive, with the express exclusion of any public holidays.
2. Prices, shipping costs and express delivery
2.1 The customer is required to pay the price published on the product page at the time the order is sent. The price indicated is final and includes VAT.
2.2 The shipping costs amount to €4.50 (including VAT) up to 2kg for all orders with a value of less than €50, as indicated on the product detail page and in the cart when placing the order. These shipping costs are invoiced by Pundro. In the event that the Customer returns the products in accordance with the procedure provided by this condition and by the applicable norm, the shipping costs will be returned.
2.3 For orders with a value exceeding €50, the shipping costs are borne by Pundro. The shipping costs are always charged to the customer if the latter opts for express delivery.
2.4 Express delivery is only available for some products. When the order is sent, the customer will see, if available, the possibility of opting for express shipping and the related additional costs. This option provides for the delivery of the goods within a maximum of 2 working days. If delivery is not made within this period, the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping costs incurred.
3. Payment
3.1 Pundro only accepts payment through online payment gateway and cash on delivery service provided by SDA Express Courier. Pundro reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods and to request different payment methods for certain orders. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with the transaction.
3.2 In case of purchase made with a credit card, the charge will take place at the time the order is shipped.
3.3 The buyer agrees to receive invoices and credits exclusively in electronic format.
4. Use of promotional vouchers
4.1 The promotional vouchers cannot be purchased; they are offered by Pundro as part of promotional campaigns and can be used for a limited period of validity.
4.2 The promotional vouchers can be used only once in relation to a single order, within the specified validity period. It is possible that for the purchase of some products the possibility of using promotional vouchers is excluded. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. It is possible that the use of a promotional voucher is subject to a minimum amount of expenditure.
4.3 The value of the products purchased must be equal to or greater than the value of the promotional voucher. If the amount of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the value of the products ordered, the difference can be paid through any of the accepted payment methods referred to in article 3 above. Promotional vouchers are non-refundable in cash and do not bear interest on the credit represented by them. Promotional vouchers will not be refunded if the buyer decides to partially or completely return the ordered products.
4.4 Promotional vouchers can only be used if the order is finalized, cannot be used retroactively and cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise specified by Pundro, it is not possible to cumulate several promotional vouchers for the same order.
4.5 If during the order the customer had used a promotional voucher and if the total value of the order - due to the customer's withdrawal - should it be lower than the value of the promotional voucher, Pundro reserves the right to invoice the original price of the goods remaining in the customer's possession.
5. Right of withdrawal for Pundro Products
The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning the Pundro Products, without giving any reasons and with any declaration, provided explicit, delivered to Pundro. The right of withdrawal is, however, excluded in relation to sealed Pundro Products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery, such as, for example, cosmetic care products and the beauty of the body.
If the customer intends to return the purchased products, he can use the return label received with the order or can print a new one through his personal page accessible from the Pundro website. If the customer does not have access to a printer, if he finds problems in downloading the label for the return or if he needs a new label, he can contact Customer Service (see the contact details indicated at the bottom of the page) and request one . Please always use the return label provided by Pundro in order to avoid unnecessary additional costs.
5.1 Information regarding the right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer acquires physical possession of the last item ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the term of 14 days starts from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the latter acquires physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Pundro of the decision of withdraw from this contract by any explicit declaration to that effect (for example, by a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
It is also possible to fill in and send the standard withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration to that effect via the Pundro website. In this case, Pundro will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example via e-mail). The deadline set for the withdrawal is considered to be met if the customer transmits his declaration before the expiry of the 14-day period starting from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer acquires possession. physical of the last orderly good. 5.2 Effects of withdrawal
Following the withdrawal from this contract, Pundro will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a different type of delivery than the standard offered by Pundro), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Pundro is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase phase, unless otherwise specified. In any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt by Pundro.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
Products must be returned
- correctly packed in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with all the accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In the event of loss of the original packaging, the Customer shall, at his own expense, arrange for its replacement in order to be able to proceed with the return of the Pundro Products;
- with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow Pundro to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address);
- without obvious signs of use, if not those compatible with the performance of a normal article test (they must not bear a trace of prolonged use or in any case exceed the time necessary for a test and must not be in a state that does not allow resale).
If the returned product does not comply with the requirements of the previous paragraph, or if it makes an exception to the right of withdrawal indicated in paragraph 6 in relation to sealed products, the withdrawal will not be effective.
The costs of returning the goods are charged to Pundro provided that the customer uses the return documents provided by Pundro and sends the goods to the country in which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be charged to the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.
6. Effects of withdrawal
Following the withdrawal from this contract, Pundro will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a different type of delivery than the standard offered by Pundro), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Pundro is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
